Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Floral Fantasy Shop does not accept refunds once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases where the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered.
All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence and the order number.
Our team will review each case individually and respond within 2 business days.
